Zagreb, President of Montenegro at Inauguration of Croatia’s President
President of Montenegro, Filip Vujanović attended today in Zagreb the inauguration of the new Croatia’s President, Ivo Josipović.

Immediately after the solemn ceremony, President Josipović held a bilateral meeting with President Vujanović. The President wished Josipović successful performance of the presidential function and said that his inauguration contained remarkable messages both for the neighbors and states of the region. “It has been a pleasure to restate our great relations and committment of both states to preserve them in all areas, political and economic, for the purpose of good communication of our citizens and better economic environment of our two economies”, said the President.
President pointed out that it will be a pleasure to have President Josipović as a guest in Montenegro and continue a good communication he had with President Mesić, with the aim of promotion of relations between the two states as good regional role-model.

President of Croatia, Ivo Josipović remarked that relations between Croatia and Montenegro are excellent and that they will be increasingly better in future. “I believe that there is a wide room for possible cooperation. It is especially important for both states, now that the political relations are exemplary, for the economic relations to grow increasingly better. I believe that joint economic projects are good for both Montenegro and Croatia”, pointed out Josipović.
