Speaker of the Parliament of Montenegro Should Decide on Initiative of the MP Srđan Milić for Holding Session of the Defence and Security Co |

In accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Defence and Security Council, President of Montenegro Filip Vujanović forwarded to the Speaker of Parliament of Montenegro, Ranko Krivokapić, the proposal of the MP and SNP leader Srđan Milić for scheduling session of this Council. According to the mentioned Rules of Procedure, the session can be scheduled at the proposal of a member of the Council, which was initiated by the MP Milić at the Speaker of Parliament. With respect to the Parliament of Montenegro and competences of the Speaker and pursuant to the procedure concerned, it pertains to the Speaker of the Parliament to decide on this initiative, and if he estimates that it is founded, he proposes scheduling of a session.
