Cetinje, the President of Montenegro Receives the Letter of Credence from the Newly-appointed Ambassador of Serbia
The President of Montenegro Filip Vujanović received today in Cetinje the letter of credence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Zoran Bingulac.

The President Vujanović stated that relations between Montenegro and Serbia were closest and most friendly, reiterating that these should be a role model of the region and as such recognized in the international community. In addition, he pointed out that intensity and quality of the state relations represented a good basis for continuation and strengthening of economic cooperation as well as cooperation in the field of culture, education, science and sport. The President assessed highly the value of the official visit of the President of Serbia Tomislav Nikolić to Montenegro in January this year and expressed his expectation that the good cooperation of the two governments and all the state bodies would be intensified, for which there was equal and mutual interest of both Montenegro and Serbia.

The Ambassador Bingulac agreed that closeness of the two states should be a basis for cooperation in all the fields, pointing out that he would dedicate his diplomatic mandate to such partnership. He said that we depended on each other and that our closeness in the history and present time should be a clear message for the future.
