Cetinje, President of Montenegro Receives Letters of Credence from Newly-Appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark
The newly-appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Denmark, who will perform his duty on a non-residential basis in Montenegro, Mr. Michael Borg-Hansen, presented the Letters of Credence to the President of Montenegro, Filip Vujanović.

With appreciation to Denmark for its support to the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Montenegro, the President stated that the upcoming Decemberís Ministerial Summit is an opportunity for Denmark to support opening of chapters 23 and 24 as well as of other chapters important for Montenegro, which would confirm the readiness of our country to continue with accelerated Euro-Atlantic integration.

The President expressed his gratitude for the support to many economic projects, pointing out that the cooperation with Denmark in the area of economy is important for Montenegro, believing that it will be continued.

Ambassador Mr. Michael Borg-Hansen noted that Montenegro is a good role model for the region as well as Denmark will continue to promote the need for our further integration. He expressed his respect for Montenegroís achievements in the area of NATO integration and conveyed the willingness of Denmark to provide expert and overall support to Montenegro in its important process.
