Podgorica, President of Montenegro Receives Ambassador of the Russian Federation
The President of Montenegro Filip Vujanović, after returning from Sochi, where he attended the opening of the XXII Olympic Winter Games, received today the Ambassador of the Russian Federation Andrei Nesterenko on his initiative.

President Vujanović expressed his high respect for the construction of impressive infrastructure in a very short time period, which undoubtedly enables the excellent holding of the Olympic Winter Games. He emphasized that it was visible that all preparations had been successfully made with top-notch arrangements for holding the very Olympics. The level of security precautions shows that the Russian Federation was specially committed to ensure maximum safety to all participants as it is in keeping with the policy of the Russian Federation to prevent any incident that could endanger anyone’s safety. The President expressed his respect for a very good treatment provided to the Olympic team of Montenegro in Sochi.

The Ambassador expressed his pleasure over the President’s assessments, conveying the attitude of the Russian federation about their full commitment to the sports success but also to the high security level of the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi.
